
Warranty Policy
All Apolosign products are covered by a standard limited warranty to ensure peace of mind with your purchase.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Apolosign warrants that all products purchased from our official store or authorized distributors are free from material and manufacturing defects under normal use and in accordance with all operating instructions.
The standard warranty period is 1 year from the original date of purchase.
Your order confirmation or receipt serves as your proof of purchase.
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, Apolosign will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or any defective parts with new or refurbished components, free of charge (excluding shipping, customs, or taxes outside mainland U.S.).
2. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Accidents, drops, spills, or natural disasters
- Unauthorized modifications or repair attempts
- Use of third-party accessories or components
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Use in improper or unsafe environmental conditions
3. Free Extended Warranty (Optional)
While we do not currently offer paid extended warranty plans, you can extend your Apolosign product warranty by 6 additional months — absolutely free!

Make sure to complete registration within 30 days of purchase to qualify.
4. How to Request Warranty Service
If your Apolosign product requires warranty service, please follow these steps.
Submit a warranty request through your order management page or contact our support team at support@apolosign.com
Once approved, we will provide a return label (if applicable)
Carefully package the item in its original box (or equivalent protective packaging)
Send the product back to the provided address
Once received, please allow 3–4 business days for inspection and replacement processing
5. Additional Notes
Warranty replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period
For devices returned under warranty, ensure a factory reset is performed to remove personal data
Apolosign is not responsible for any data loss, so please back up your device before return
